Return & Refund Policy
Product purchased from Meswao can be returned by the original purchaser within 14 days from the date the product was ordered. Any request after 14 days will not be honored. Please make sure to first contact us by email at Support@Meswao.com
Meswao only accepts products that you purchase directly from their official website www.meswao.com. If you purchased the product through other channels such as offline, Amazon, etc., please contact the supplier who ultimately sold the product to you.
1. Return and Exchange Conditions
- We accept returns for product quality issues, manufacturing defects (uncommon) within 7 days of your Tablet or other accessories receipt
- If the Tablet has any manufacturing defects right out of the box (uncommon), in addition to returns, we also offer free repair service or send replacement parts to fix the problem, excluding problems caused by any personal actions. For more information, please review our Warranty Policy.
- Items returned without authorization will not be accepted. Before returning an item, please contact us first.
- Items with a Return Merchandise Authorization must be returned within 14 days of your receipt of the item.
- In Europe we will pre-pay the return label to the carrier and provide you with a return label and will not accept any return without a return label provided by us.
- Since our warehouses in the United States and Canada only provide storage services and do not provide delivery services, you need to send them to our warehouses yourself. We will pay the shipping fee for you after you send us the express bill.
- All items must be in good condition, unworn and undamaged, tagged and in their original packaging.
- When returning or exchanging an item, the customer must use a shipping method that provides tracking information.
- We accept change of mind returns. Returns can be made within 14 days after receiving the Tablet, and the scooter cannot have any physical damage that is not a quality problem. If you return an item because you don't like it or want it, you will need to pay for the shipping yourself. With your permission, we will deduct the actual shipping cost from the refund.
- For any other return requests, you must pay for shipping and we will deduct a restocking fee of 8% of the total purchase price.
2. General Return Process
Initiate a return: Please email us at Support@Meswao.com with order number and your return reason. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return request within 24 business hours.
Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and you will need to send the return to the nearest post office as required by the corresponding carrier or wait for the carrier to pick it up. (Note: Unauthorized returned items will not be accepted, and we will not be responsible for the loss of the goods)
Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.
3. Return Charge
When you obtain a return authorization, we will prepay the shipping fee from the carrier and give you a return shipping label.
If the return is requested because of a mistake on our part (like shipping the incorrect product, quality problems, etc) we will provide a full refund.
We accept change of mind returns within 14 days. The Tablet can be returned within 14 days of receipt, the Tablet cannot have any physical damage that is not a quality problem.
For any returns not caused by our error, you must bear the shipping cost yourself.
For any product returned for non-quality reasons, consumers will be charged a restocking fee of 8% of the total purchase price.
4. Refunds(if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 2-3 working days. If you haven’t received the refund within 2-3 working days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before a refund is official posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at Support@Meswao.com
5. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before the item is shipped. For shipped orders, if you do not need it anymore, please contact us to arrange a return.
6. Out of Policy Cases
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, Meswao service team is still available to you, please contact Support@Meswao.com for a better solution. If anything is unclear, or you have more questions, feel free to contact our customer support team.
