System cannot be upgraded
1. System update can not detect the new version, please confirm that the tablet network connection is normal, if you click on the system update prompt has been the latest version, then generally no need to update, if the version date is too old and can not detect the update, you can provide the tablet’s IMEI, SN, version number by e-mail to customer service to verify the solution.
2. If the system update can detect the new version, but the download fails, please check the network reason, usually the cell tablet network signal is not good or network congestion caused by the download failure, it is recommended to change the time or network to re-download.
3. The new version of the system was downloaded successfully, but after restarting the tablet did not enter the upgrade installation interface or installation failed.
– â‘ may be the network instability caused by the download of the system program error, need to change the time or network to re-download;
– â‘¡ If the tablet is inserted into the TF card, may lead to file reading errors, please remove the TF card to download the system again;
– â‘¢ After excluding the above factors, long press Settings-Application Information-Storage and Cache-Clear the storage space and cache, and then re-download.
