If you can’t boot after restoring factory settings or system upgrade:
1. After the upgrade is completed, many system resources are needed for initialization, which will take more time than normal startup, this is a normal phenomenon, please wait patiently for the system initialization to be completed (usually more than 10 minutes).
2. If you still can’t enter the system after the initialization is completed, please press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds to force restart the device, if it can be turned on normally, it is recommended to continue to use the device, if it still can’t enter the system normally after forced restart, please proceed to the next step.
3. Turn off the device, then press and hold the power button and volume + key at the same time, enter the Recovery mode and select “Wipe data/factory reset”, then restart it according to the prompts.
4. If the above steps can not be solved, please download the system firmware and brush tool, through the computer wired connection for firmware upgrade!
Note: Make sure you have enough power before restoring factory settings or upgrading the system, otherwise power failure during the upgrade process may cause damage to the phone and prevent it from turning on.
