Device does not turn on

1. Please make sure your device is powered, if the screen has no display or prompts low battery after pressing the power button, please plug in the standard charger to charge for more than 30 minutes before turning on the device.Please use a card pin to gently poke the reset button a few times before trying to turn on the device. (Easy to appear in the newly purchased or long time left unused equipment)

2. If you still can’t turn on the device even if you have enough power, you can try to press and hold the power button and volume + key at the same time to enter recovery mode, select “Wipe data/factory reset”, and then press the power button to erase the data, and then restart the device according to the prompts.

3. if the above operation is invalid, you can try wired connection to the computer for firmware upgrade, if still can not boot, you need to overhaul the hardware.
