Booting stops at the LOGO screen

1. Please try to use the card removal pin to gently poke the reset button a few times to restore. (The reset button is usually next to the power button or volume button, and the manual has accurate button instructions)

2. Restore factory settings through factory mode. Detailed tutorials are available in the User Manuals.

3. Download the system firmware and brush tool, through the computer wired connection for firmware upgrade, generally can be solved.

4. If the above steps can not be resolved, you need to overhaul the hardware.
